yo might have had a stressful day at school or its a weekend and your bored. here is how to have a relaxing night. 1 Take a bath. Put scented bubble bath in it or essential oils. Turn on soft music and light some candles. Bring chocolate to eat and relax you. 2 Once you're out of the bath, put on some moisturizing body lotion. Lavender scents are relaxing. 3 Put on a fluffy bath robe and slippers.
4 Turn on the T.V. or watch your favorite kind of movie. If that doesn't appeal to you then read a book or magazine.
5 Drink tea. Since it's night time, have an herbal tea (no caffeine). Chamomile tea is known for being very relaxing.
